Pamela (Pam) Purtell

Pam, has over twenty five (25) years of administrative background, working for both large and small businesses. She has worked in a vast background of management, secretarial, banking, personnel, half owner in a successful construction cleaning business and more. She has moved to quite a few places in the US prior to having children and feels this helps her to relate with people. Helping kids has been her main focus and continues to be her idea of fun.

Pam has 4 children. 2 Boys, A Nephew-son and a Daughter. Three are still at home and she is very active in their lives with sports and school. She is an active member of the Booster club and is becoming known as the "hotdog concession lady". Pam is active in the community and loves the small time life, except in the winter when we have to travel pretty far to get to a department store! She strives to always have a smile and encouraging word.

Fifteen years ago, Pam took on the adventure of moving her family to the beautiful North Central region of Washington. After a sequence of events she had the opportunity to live in a teepee on an organic farm. Learning to appreciate all that one has and adapting to the environment was one of her greatest momentous life experiences. Living in the teepee brought her and her family closer than they thought possible. After three years, it was time to move on. After experienceing both sides of the spectrum, a middle ground was found and has set the pace for a life of service. Service to humankind. Pam's focus has been geared toward children. Opening her house and heart to help those who need a boost or a good ear.

For the past six years Pam has been managing 1shop4u.com. This is where involvement with others outside the local community came in. Seeing the needs of others and wanting to help are the focus.
