Dr. Anthony G Payne

Dr. Anthony G. Payne is Director of Invention & Development and chief biological theoretician for Weller Health Institute, a nonprofit educational and research firm located in sunny southern California. Many of his published hypotheses concern novel disease treatment methods plus unique ways to deliver stem cells to target organs and tissues.
